Star-C Select is a specialized resident services program tailored for affordable multifamily housing communities with more than 75 units that have an average income earning up to 80% of AMI. This unique initiative empowers property owners to offer specific resources to their residents from a curated menu of choices, aiming to elevate tenant satisfaction and foster stability within the tenant base.

Key Offerings:
Adult and Youth Education

Community Resource Health Fair
